Clinicly, for patients
How do I book a token?
Find a clinic, open the doctor you want to see, pick a day with tokens left and tap Continue. Check your details and confirm. Your token number shows in Bookings.
Do I need an account?
No, you can look around as a guest. You need to sign in, with Google or an email and password, only when you book.
How do I pay?
You pay at the clinic's reception when you arrive, before you go in. Nothing is paid in the app and there is no platform fee.
Why does my booking say "Requested"?
Some clinics confirm each booking themselves. Your booking stays a request until the clinic confirms it, and we notify you when they answer.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open Bookings, choose the visit and tap Cancel. Each clinic sets how late you can cancel for free; the booking shows until when.
Will I be reminded about my visit?
Tap Set reminder on a confirmed booking and Clinicly reminds you an hour before your visit. You can turn reminders off in Profile → Notifications. If you allow notifications, we also tell you when a clinic answers, changes or cancels your booking.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. When booking, answer "Who is this for?" with a family member. Add family members in Profile. You stay responsible for the booking.
Why should I add a contact number?
So the clinic can call you about your visit, for example if the doctor is running late. Add it in Profile. It isn't used to sign in.
Can I turn off usage analytics?
Yes. Turn off Share usage data in Profile. Analytics never include your name, contact details or which clinics you looked at. Crash reports are still sent when it's off, so we can fix the app when it stops working. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
In Clinicly, go to Profile → Delete account. Without the app, use our account deletion page. Deleting cancels your upcoming bookings and can't be undone.
Clinicly Desk, for clinic staff
How do I get a Clinicly Desk account?
Sign up in Clinicly Desk with your email or Google account. Our team checks your sign-up and activates it for your clinic with your role: clinic admin, reception or doctor. A doctor's account shows the clinic's day but doesn't answer booking or rep requests. You can sign in once it's activated; if it's taking long, email us.
How do I check a patient in and call the next one?
On the Desk, pick the doctor at the top. When a patient arrives, tap Check in on their row and choose Collect ₹fee & check in, or Check in, collect later; they then move to Waiting. Tap Call next on the Now card to finish the current consult and call the next token. If the called patient isn't there, tap Skip to move them to the end, mark a no-show or call them again.
How do I add a walk-in?
Tap Walk-in on the Desk and type the patient's mobile first. A returning patient's name, age and sex fill in by themselves. Issue gives them the next token and puts them in Waiting. If the doctor is full, you can add one over the limit, give a token for the doctor's next open day, or send them to another doctor consulting today.
How do I approve or decline a booking request?
Clinics that confirm each booking see requests in Inbox → Bookings to review. Tap Confirm to give the patient the doctor's next token, or Decline and pick a reason. The patient is told either way.
What works without internet?
The Desk shows today's queue as last saved on the device. Check-ins, Call next and Skip keep working and are sent in order when you're back online. Walk-ins, payments, approvals and closing the day wait for the connection. Desk device, under More on a phone and Account on a tablet, lists what's waiting to send and has Sync now.
Why am I not getting booking alerts?
Notifications may be blocked for Clinicly Desk. If they are, the Inbox shows a bar at the bottom that takes you to Notifications, under More on a phone and Account on a tablet; tap Open settings there and allow notifications. On Android, the same page lets you choose which alerts this device gets, whether they make a sound, and whether they stay quiet after the clinic closes. Each phone or tablet keeps its own settings.
How do I answer a rep's visit request?
Open MR → Requests, or Inbox → MR requests, and tap Review. You see whether the rep is eligible and how many places are left that day. Approve gives them the next slot; Decline lets you add a reason. Declining never uses up the rep's waiting days.
How do I mark a doctor on leave?
A clinic admin opens Doctors, chooses the doctor and taps Add leave. Leave can start tomorrow at the earliest. Pick the first and last day and choose whether to move bookings in the leave to the doctor's next consulting days or cancel them; a booking with no free day within 14 days is cancelled. Patients are told, and reps' visits in the leave go on hold.
How do I close the day?
Each doctor's day is closed on its own. With the doctor chosen, tap Close the day on the Done today card (beside the date on a phone). First finish the consult in progress and settle anyone still waiting: move them to tomorrow or mark a no-show. Closing marks tokens who never came as no-shows and shows the day's summary.
Pharmacy orders, step by step
- A chime and a push for every new order. Even when the Orders tab is closed.
- Accept only if you have every medicine. If anything is missing, decline the order and say why.
- Pack, then deliver or hand over. Mark it packed, then out for delivery or ready for pickup.
- Record cash or UPI when it's paid. The patient pays your staff on delivery or at the desk.
- It all counts in Close the day. Orders and payments are added to the day's totals.
How do I get more help?
Email [email protected] with your clinic's name and what happened.
Clinicly Rep, for medical representatives
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Clinics meet only verified reps, so they know who is coming. You add your company details (employer, employee ID and territory), a photo of your company ID and a selfie. Our team reviews them, and you see where your verification stands each time you sign in.
What if my verification needs changes?
You'll see the reviewer's note and the items to fix, and only those can be changed. Fix them and resubmit. You get up to three review rounds; if the third still needs changes, the verification is declined.
Which doctors can I request?
Doctors who practise in your territory, which is your city. Doctors elsewhere show in search with a lock and can't be requested. To change your territory, email us.
Why can't I request a doctor yet?
Each doctor can be visited again only after a number of days: the doctor's own rule, otherwise the clinic's, otherwise 15 days, counted from your last visit. The Doctors tab shows the days left, and you can turn on Remind me on the doctor's page. Doctors on leave, not meeting reps, or with a request of yours still waiting for a reply show as unavailable.
How do I request a visit?
Open an eligible doctor, pick an MR day with places left, choose a purpose, add products and a note for reception if you like, and send. The send bar shows how soon reception usually replies.
What happens if a clinic declines?
The request moves to Needs you so you can rebook. A decline never starts the days-between-visits clock.
How do I log a visit?
After the visit's day ends, Clinicly Rep asks how it went: one tap on Positive, Neutral or Not now is enough. Add products, samples left and a follow-up if you like. You can add or edit a log until the end of the seventh day after the visit; then it locks.
Can I log a visit without internet?
Yes. It's saved on your phone and uploads by itself when you're back online, even if the app is closed.
Does Clinicly Rep cost anything?
Not today: you're on the free plan, with nothing to renew. If that changes, you'll see it in the app before you're ever charged.
How do I delete my account?
In Clinicly Rep, go to Profile → Delete account. Without the app, email [email protected] from your account's email address. Your upcoming requests and meetings are cancelled, and your verification documents, visit logs and history are removed. See the terms for Clinicly Rep and our Privacy Policy.
