Delete your Clinicly account

Clinicly is made by the team at Hopcape. This page is for Clinicly patient accounts.

Using Clinicly Rep as a medical representative? Open Clinicly Rep, go to Profile → Delete account and confirm, or email [email protected] from your account's email address. Your requests and meetings still to come are cancelled, and any patient bookings of yours still to come. Your identity check with its ID photo and selfie, your earlier visits and logs, targets and followed doctors are deleted, and your sign-in is removed shortly after. Visits from today on stay with the clinic so it knows the place was freed, without your name, notes or logs. If your account is also used at a clinic or for the console, the app can't delete it; email us instead.

In the app

Open Clinicly, go to Profile → Delete account and confirm.

What deleting does

• Your upcoming bookings are cancelled and the clinics are told.
• Your name, email, contact number, family members, notifications and the details you gave on each booking are erased straight away. Your sign-in is removed shortly after.
• Past visits and payments that clinics need for their records are kept without your name, contact details or reasons for visits, so they no longer identify you.
• It can't be undone. If you sign in again later, you start with a new, empty account.
