Terms of Use
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Clinicly, the app for finding clinics and booking doctor visits. By using Clinicly you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Medical representatives using Clinicly Rep have their own terms.
Clinicly is built and operated by the team at Hopcape (Murtaza Khursheed, trading as Hopcape), Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir 192101, India ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
1. What Clinicly does
Clinicly shows clinics and doctors near you and lets you book a token for a visit. The clinics and doctors are independent; they, not us, provide your care. We are not a healthcare provider and are not part of your treatment.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing in Clinicly is medical advice. Information about clinics and doctors, such as specialities, timings and fees, comes from the clinics and may change. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital; don't wait for a booking.
3. Your account
- You can browse as a guest. You need an account to book.
- You must be 18 or over to have an account. You may book for family members, including children, if you are allowed to act for them.
- Give accurate details, keep your sign-in safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for bookings made from it.
4. Booking
- A booking gives you a token for a doctor's session on a given day. Your turn depends on the clinic's queue; times shown are estimates.
- Some clinics confirm bookings themselves. Until they do, your booking is a request and may be declined.
- Clinics may change or cancel a session, for example if a doctor is on leave. We will tell you when they do.
- Please arrive in time for your turn. A clinic may treat a missed token as a no-show.
5. Paying
You pay the clinic directly, at the clinic, for your visit. Clinicly doesn't take payments for visits, and fees are set by the clinic.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel a booking in the app. Each clinic sets how late you can cancel for free, and the app shows it on your booking. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead a clinic to decline your future bookings.
7. Fair use
Don't misuse Clinicly. In particular, don't:
- make bookings you don't mean to keep or book in someone else's name without their permission;
- post false, abusive or unlawful reviews;
- try to access other people's information or interfere with the app or its servers;
- copy or resell the app or its listings.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
8. Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on our account deletion page.
9. Availability
We work to keep Clinicly running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. We may change, pause or stop features. Clinicly is provided "as is".
10. Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for the care you receive, for clinics' or doctors' acts or decisions, for waiting times, or for losses arising from a booking being changed, declined or cancelled. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Using Clinicly after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to sort out any problem. Disputes that can't be resolved are for the courts of Jammu & Kashmir.
