Terms of Use for Clinicly Rep
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Clinicly Rep, the app medical representatives use to find doctors, request and plan visits, and log them. By using Clinicly Rep you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Patients using Clinicly have their own terms.
Clinicly is built and operated by the team at Hopcape (Murtaza Khursheed, trading as Hopcape), Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir 192101, India ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
1. What Clinicly Rep does
Clinicly Rep shows doctors and clinics in your territory, lets you ask clinics for a visit, and helps you plan your day and log the visits you make. Clinics and doctors are independent of us and decide for themselves whether, when and how often to meet representatives.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or over and work as a medical representative for the employer you name.
- You use Clinicly Rep for your work. Your employer's own rules about visiting doctors and promoting products still apply to you.
3. Your identity check
- Before you can contact clinics, we check who you are from your details, a photo of an identity document and a selfie.
- Give true details and your own documents. We may ask you to correct a submission, and may decline it if it can't be confirmed.
- Clinics see your name, employer and whether you are verified, so they know who is asking to meet them.
4. Requests and visits
- A visit request is a request. A clinic may accept or decline it, and decides for itself when it meets representatives.
- Clinics may limit how often you can ask the same doctor, and the app shows when you can ask again.
- Turn up when you have agreed to, follow the clinic's instructions while you are there, and never get in the way of patient care.
- Log only visits that happened, with what was actually discussed.
5. Fair use
Don't misuse Clinicly Rep. In particular, don't:
- pretend to be someone else or to work for an employer you don't;
- send repeated or unwanted requests, or contact doctors outside the app using details you saw in it;
- copy, export or share doctors', clinics' or patients' information;
- offer doctors or clinic staff anything that breaks the law or your industry's code of practice;
- try to access other people's information or interfere with the app or its servers.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and tell the clinics it contacted.
6. Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including your identity documents. You can delete your account in Clinicly Rep under Profile → Delete account, or by emailing us from your account's email address; our account deletion page says what it removes.
7. Availability
We work to keep Clinicly Rep running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. We may change, pause or stop features. Clinicly Rep is provided "as is".
8. Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for clinics' or doctors' decisions about meeting you, for visits that are declined, cancelled or delayed, or for any work targets you miss as a result. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Using Clinicly Rep after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to sort out any problem. Disputes that can't be resolved are for the courts of Jammu & Kashmir.
